Follow five procurement workers and an orchestrator through demand forecasting, inventory, supplier selection, finance approval and simulated purchase execution.

The interactive explorer includes a HAZOP Lab, simulated policy decisions, a deterministic swarm simulator and recorded experimental evidence. The research implementation uses Python, TypeScript and OPA/Rego.

Research scope

Hazards remain unverified and controls proposed. Browser simulation is separate from recorded experimental results. No real purchases, safety certification or production protection are provided.
